Latrese Haylock

Latrese participated as a contestant in the Miss Universe Cayman Islands competition in 2015 and 2016, where she was awarded Miss Congeniality. Her passion for pageantry and community engagement led her to serve on the Miss Cayman Islands committee for eight years. In 2017, she was appointed as Acting Deputy Chair and had the opportunity to travel to Thailand for the live airing of the Miss Universe Pageant on FOX. That same year, she co-hosted the annual Miss Cayman Islands Universe Pageant and was one of eight speakers to present at the TEDxTalk at the University College of the Cayman Islands.

Her dynamic presence in media continued in 2018 when she co-hosted the 345-Mixtape radio show, and in 2022, she gained valuable industry experience as an intern on FOX Sports The Gambler radio show. Beyond pageantry and media, Latrese is a dedicated entrepreneur, passionate about elevating luxury service experiences and fostering economic opportunities for young Caymanians.

Latrese is deeply committed to Organizing and promoting initiatives that align with her values, which is an absolute privilege for her.

Above all, she is a proud mother to a gorgeous baby boy, who continues to inspire her drive, ambition, and dedication to making a meaningful impact.


Rashana Hydes

Rashana Hydes, born and raised in the Cayman Islands, is a multifaceted individual who has made a significant impact in both her professional and personal pursuits. Crowned Miss World Cayman Islands 2021-2022, Rashana’s achievements extend far beyond pageantry. At 28 years old, she works at a prominent financial firm and holds her CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certification, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to the financial industry. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Rashana earned honors in Hospitality Management, showcasing her dedication to academic excellence.

Rashana is also a passionate advocate for empowering women and actively supports causes that uplift others. She is deeply involved in community service, volunteering with local NPOs like Meals on Wheels Cayman, where she helps provide essential services to those in need. Outside of her professional and philanthropic work, she maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying weightlifting, Pilates, and travel. 

Her love for pageantry and modeling continues to inspire, and she proudly represented the Cayman Islands, achieving Top 16 in the Head-to-Head competition at Miss World 2021. With a blend of professionalism, philanthropy, and personal dedication, Rashana is a true role model who embodies strength, grace, and service to others.


Mariah Tibbetts

Mariah Tibbetts held the title of Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2020-2021 and represented the Cayman Islands at the 69th Miss Universe competition in May 2021.

She is no stranger to pageantry, having competed in both Our Little Miss Cayman Islands and Miss Teen Cayman Islands and winning the People's Choice Award in both.

Since passing on her crown, Mariah has continued to be actively involved in the Cayman pageant community and has branched out internationally as well. Some of her involvements include pageant coaching, hosting and judging local pageants, modeling in New York Fashion Week, Orlando Swim Week, Cayman Instyle Fashion Week and more.

Mariah is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), local radio host, model, pageant coach, community volunteer, brand ambassador, mentor and more. She is passionate about female empowerment, education and health and fitness.


Jhamiel Walton

With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, Jhamiel Walton is passionate about community development and sustainability. Having complete studies in Public Health, Pharmacy, Infection Control and Prevention he is a strong advocate for health, sustainability and community well-being. He has been actively involved in various initiatives, including pageantry, where he has contributed for several years. A long-time supporter of the pageant industry, he brings his expertise and passion to Miss Earth Cayman Islands, helping to drive its mission of environmental advocacy and sustainability. His dedication to community engagement and advocacy makes him a valuable part of the organization.

TERRAN FIELDER

Media Specialist, EARTHDAY.ORG

Terran holds degrees in Political Science-Public Service and Theater and Dance from the University of California, Davis.

In March of 2024, Terran joined EARTHDAY.ORG a media outreach intern and joined full-time as a Media Specialist after graduating in June.

Growing up in California, she explored the state’s diverse landscapes, developing a deep appreciation for its varied ecosystems. Her family’s strong commitment to renewable energy and resource conservation instilled in her an expectation and habit of sustainable energy use, or green muscle memory.

Passionate about advocacy and inclusivity, Terran has been actively engaged in civic efforts, volunteering for political campaigns and organizing protests to amplify underrepresented voices. She is dedicated to making critical messages that promote the health and well-being of all communities more accessible through media outreach.
